What types of events can your venues accommodate?

We host a wide range of events including corporate functions, galas, weddings, product launches, fashion shows, live performances, and more. Both venues can be customized to suit your specific event type and style.

What’s included with the venue rental?

Each venue includes basic lighting, A/V infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and a limited inventory of tables, chairs, and décor. Additional furniture, upgraded lighting, or enhanced tech options are available for an added fee.

How far in advance should I book, and what’s required to reserve a date?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation and is refundable if canceled at least 180 days before your event. After that, our standard refund schedule applies.

Can I bring in my own vendors or production equipment?

Approved catering partners must be used for food service, but our team can recommend trusted vendors. At the Mercantile, outside lighting, sound, and staging equipment are allowed; at Marketplace, outside production equipment is not permitted.

Is bar service and insurance required?

Yes, both venues offer full bar service—outside alcohol is not permitted. Some Clients are also required to provide event liability insurance naming the venue as an additional insured.
